Hi,

I currently have a SIM only plan and unfortunately my handset has broken. I am looking at taking out a new contract with a new provider but would like to keep my number. Will this be possible? If so would I need a PAC code?

You will need a PAC to move your number to a new provider

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Unless your sim only plan has reached the end of the contract, you will need to pay an early termination fee.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
