Contacts unable to call me but can text

Hi I have two contacts, that I know of, that cannot ring me. When they do they just get a constant bleep. They can text me and others can ring me. I have checked my blocked numbers. One of these people tried to ring me for the first time today and was unable to. If I look in recent calls, all calls from these two people show as 'Cancelled call'. Any advice much appreciated.

Sadly no, but a realistic option if it goes on much longer.

As MI5 suggested if it's a network issue for whatever reason and it's not resolved soon then depending on contractual arrangements, it might be the only sensible choice.

Hi the rest of the household are on o2 with no problems and I have not had problems before ( except when with EE). I don't want to change networks if possible. Most people can call me but these five can only text.

Have you checked your blocked number list in text app again?

I have checked the blocked numbers list, not sure what 'in text app' means?

Some phones have separate block list for calls and texts.
They reside individually in the phone and text app.
Open your text messaging app and then open the menu and looked for blocked numbers or spam list.

Thank you. I have found a second blocked list but the numbers are not on there either.
