Contacting support

Does anybody know how I speak to customer service? When I call it says they can’t take the call and hang up, I can’t find any live chat option or other way to communicate. For some reason my phone line is down and I need it for work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks but I’ve tried calling the numbers it provides there and it just says we are unable to take your call and doesn’t give and alternative, other than use the automated service, which is pretty useless.

We know it's frustrating but you have to keep trying. It WILL get answered eventually

Once you hear music it means you are in a queue

8am is the best time to call

It doesn’t put me in a queue though, it does half of a ring and says sorry we are unable to take your call, is there no live chat option?

At this rate I’m going to have go with another provider so I have an up and running phone line, And leave O2.

I know it's frustrating for us all but it's the only advice we can give. ALL other networks are having the same problem during this crisis. Best time to call is 8am

Just select the option to say you want to buy something they pick up then

Can anyone help me. I am new to 02 I came from another provider at the start of the week I provided a pac code so I can keep my number but I hasn’t changed over. I called customer services and all they say is they can’t help it’s ridiculous.

You have to persevere  with O2. Best time to call is 8am
