Does anybody know how I speak to customer service? When I call it says
they can’t take the call and hang up, I can’t find any live chat option
or other way to communicate. For some reason my phone line is down and I
need it for work.Any suggestions?
It doesn’t put me in a queue though, it does half of a ring and says
sorry we are unable to take your call, is there no live chat option?At
this rate I’m going to have go with another provider so I have an up and
running phone line, And leave O2.
Thanks but I’ve tried calling the numbers it provides there and it just
says we are unable to take your call and doesn’t give and alternative,
other than use the automated service, which is pretty useless.
