I would like to speak to a human at 02.
I have dialled 202 and gone through every option; none of which allows me to speak with a person.
Please can you advise me how I can speak to a real person with whom I can discuss recent bills with?

I have been trying to contact 02 for four days, the robot is impossible to get an answer, their phone lines are a nightmare. Terrible customer service, I think my only option is to move providers, GiffGaff, Tesco etc with the same coverage. Shame, I have been with 02 for many years.
