I would like to speak to a human at 02.

I have dialled 202 and gone through every option; none of which allows me to speak with a person.

Please can you advise me how I can speak to a real person with whom I can discuss recent bills with?

If you are lucky, early morning is the best time to call, but all contact methods appear to be on melt down at the mo.

It's Christmas and multiple issues at the moment with the closing of TU and text issues with wifi calling.

I have been trying to contact 02 for four days, the robot is impossible to get an answer, their phone lines are a nightmare.  Terrible customer service, I think my only option is to move providers, GiffGaff, Tesco etc with the same coverage.   Shame, I have been with 02 for many years.
