Constant Signal Dropping Out?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Why has my signal suddenly gone rubbish?  It was a full signal, then I had 2 days with signal dropping out all the time while O2 worked on a local mast and now my signal is appaling and dropping out constantly!  I can't have a single conversation without losing coverage at least every minute and just to make it even worse I'm going to have to pay more for this dreadful service in February?

Assuming you've tried cleaning the sim and restarting the phone, if no faults show here using your full postcode:

http://status.o2.co.uk/

report it to O2.

Thanks Perksie. There showed a fault on the first 2 days saying they were working on a local mast but that now shows as fixed but my signal hasn't improved. I'll report it and see if anyone can offer a solution. Thanks again
