I placed an order for iPhone se, received all the usual credit agreement and terms and conditions, on order confirmation has mobile number. Still saying extra credit checks?! Have been accepted

Hi @Gemma89 - extra Credit Checks take a few days. It looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 this morning around 8am.

Then why would have I received terms and conditions,credit agreement and a mobile number? Just for the to be reviewed. I order an apple watch after ordering the phone and that was accepted
