I want to trade in my phone and use it to pay off my outstanding balance and then upgrade my phone. But when I go to upgrade it just wants to take the trade in off my new monthly payments what can I do?

I’m in Spain. I have used my 25gb data allowance for December. I have 180gb in my uk allowance. My January bill begins on the 4th January. I would like to know if I get another 25 gb roaming from my data allowance. Thanks

I’ve heard that new legislation allows you to change tariff, move between networks etc. when your airtime contract ends but still have an outstanding amount on your device plan, is this right?

Resolved! Over charged on bill

I have a sim only plan where I pay £16 a and today I have been charged £31.99 I have not used any extra data or made extra calls. This is the second time you have over charged me
