Conflicting Data Usage

Hello please help I'm confused I have a Samsung S3 and I am getting a warning in my notification about data usage but when I go to O2 I have used only 1% of my data usage allowance. What is happening !!!!!

What does the warning say !

It seems a setting in your phone needs looking at....Possibly.

Go into settings >> data usage and have a look what the data limit warning is set at. Mine is set to 2GB as I have unlimited data. You can set it to whatever figure you wish.
