Hi i have Texted Pat to the number and i am asking how do i confirm the contract has been cancelled becuause its not very clear Thanks Archie

You give your PAC to the new network you want to use and they transfer your O2 number to their network.

Doing this cancels your O2 contract and you start paying your new network.

You just upgrade unless you find a new deal elsewhere in which case you just call customer service to migrate your number to the new contract.

I have found a lot better deal elsewhere i just want to cancel the contract the number change would be helpful but not essital also i cannot call o2 becuause of covid 19 Thanks @MI5

Also i add that pac probaly wouldnt me used i would just like someone to tell me the contract has been canclled
