Complain about O2 Robbing my Money

To O2 financial Service manager

 

I returned a Samsung 26 edge 32gb to O2.  On 16-10-16. I was told I will be refunded in three working days. After four working days I called up O2 customer service and advise that the o2 rep gave me the wrong information.

Since then I have called up countless times exhausting my mental state and patience.

Each call I make I am informed by the o2 rep a different account what I was told before. Please check your recorded conversations

 

When I called and spoke to a o2 repo and asked to speak to the manager or super visor I was told there was not one present and I have to wait 24hrs to speak to a manager who was supposed to call me back.,  I have still not received a call from the manager to discuss my complaint.  This was very rude.

 

I am now informing you I have been robbed of my money by O2 more than once. Once for returning my Samsung s6 edge 32gb still not received monies for this phone. I gave aslo been robbed by your pas as you go department after purchasing one of the worst phones o2 could sell. Buying this pay as you go phone from O2 has aIso caused me distressed as even though I have returned the PAYG phone to O2 and was told by o2 it was received on 02/11/20126 was promised a  refund. I have now checked my account and still not received payment. This is well over the time I should have been refunded

 

There are notes on my account that should back up my case in addition, your rep gave me a free £10 credit as a courtesy when this very bad customer  care by O2 when the mess up first happened.

 

  • O2 pay monthly phone return back £200 to be returned to me. 
  • O2 pay as you go phone £110.00 to be returned to me. 

 

This is called company theft as O2 is forever passing me of with worthless waffle and refusing to credit me my monies I am owed by.

 

All I want is for my account to be settled so I can close my accoutmn toi this very bad compay.  My mentalk helaht has been affected so much by the drama of dealing with O2.
