Hello - I've just noticed that I still have an open pay monthly account for a UK number that I thought had been closed.
I haven't been in the UK for years and this number has been un-used for a long time, draining an old bank account that is now closed so the O2 billing is overdue. I don't have any UK assets.
I don't have access to the number or international calling. There doesn't seem to be any email or live chat support on the O2 site.
What can I do? The over due bill is very large and I'm feeling quite upset.
