Claiming Rewards for Extra Credit

My monthly allowance has expired so I thought I would claim my rewards and use £10 to top up my phone, I had a text to say reward had been claimed but my balance on my phone is zero, can anyone explain where my £10 reward has gone or how I use it as extra credit please.

Hi @Anonymous What tariff are you on? If Big Bundle then the credit will probably have been taken for your allowances.....Info here on claiming rewards.

Thank you for you response Cleoriff, I am on Pay & Go Go Go Unlimited Texts + 150 Mins + 500MB. This is the first time I have used rewards for credit .... having just logged out and back in again to my O2 Account it has updated and I now have my new monthly allowances so all good, I assumed I would get a text as I usually do when I top up !! Thanks again

That's good news @Anonymous. I never mentioned that particular tariff as it's an old one. However, all is sorted now and pleased they have been added. :wink:

Your reward credit is applied the same as if you topped up, so as it was before your anniversary date it would be applied to your tariff.

You'll need to call 4445 to speak to customer services if you have any problems, but check if your account updates overnight.
