Claiming Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

Hi all recently upgraded to the S23 Ultra, very happy with the phone. Huge jump in performance from my S20 Ultra.

Just wanted to know how to claim the free promotion Galaxy Buds 2 that were advertised upon purchase. 

If anyone has claimed theirs or knows where to do it I'd be very grateful, thanks for your time.

Yes this is when the problems started for me, I have been trying to get a new code since I got this error, spoke to numerous 02 colleagues online and via telephone and all keep saying is its been escalated and I should gey a new code, yet its July now and no code!
