Hi,

This about the 4th time i have asked this now with still no resolution.

When i purchase my samsung phone and contract it include a deal for galaxy buds. I was meant to of been given a code with 30 days of to redeem. nothing recived. I contact you on live chat and was told you would resend, still haven't recieved.

Can you please send me the code to redeem.
