Hi ,

i am a foster Carer and my foster child’s phone is in my name but I have no idea what the account name and password are. I need to check the account but I cannot get on because o2 want to send a code to his phone to get access. I’m going round in circles and all I want to do is upgrade his phone if the contract is at an end .

Hi @Samsphone Cant you access it via My O2? http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  If the account is in your name then you should be able to do this. If not you need to contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Other than that, is there any reason why you can't access his phone for the code?

As the other comment states ring customer service (202 from a o2 sim/device), Pass their intial security and then ask to reset myo2, Although when ringing through if you know what you want to upgrade too you can actually do that over the phone.
