Hi,

recently moved from EE to O2 but kept my number using the PAC code. Since I have been with O2 I havent received any chat messages to my new phone. Instead, they are sending to my old phone which I no longer use. How can I resolve this please?

Check your number in message settings.

It should be in advanced >chat settings or it's under RCS on some phones.
