I have been charged by direct debit after ending my contract and using a new provider. How can I get this money back if possible? My contract had ended and PAC code was requested and used within the time frame.

You always have a final bill to pay.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I wouldn't cancel it yet as it's easier to get money back (should it be taken) than to fight a non payment.

If there is nothing due to be paid, the DD won't be called for anyway.
