Changing voicemail pin on a landline

I need to change my voicemail pin to access my voicemail on another phone but it won't let me change it from a different phone is there anything I can do need to hear my message asap and no money in my 02 phone

Unfortunately you can't change it from a landline for security reasons, it has to be done from the phone. Customer service can't help and your only option really is to top up. Maybe think about or research changing to a tariff that includes voicemail. Incidentally, if you haven't changed the pin before, the default pin is 8705.
