I have two boost boxes which are a godsend when working, changed my Sim and now have no service at home and no outgoing landline.

Rang o2 and held for an hour...gave up

Tried the chat option and my password did not match so....gave up

If you ring 202 it refers you to the website and you cannot sort boost boxes on it

Regretting changing from an account to Sim only.

How easy is it to cancel your contract and go to a sensible provider?

@Neil04

The only people now who can support Boost Boxes are business customer services as they are no longer issued or supported for residential customers.

Are you on Pay as you Go or Pay Monthly Sim Only?

You are going to have wait on the phone if your passwords don't match up., as you need to go through extended customer verification

@Neil04

You need to call 8002 for business customer services.

If you are no longer on a business account you will not be able to connect to your boostbox.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
