Hi I am currently in a 12 month contract on sim only.

I can change to a 30 day contract within my account.

If I do this, then request to cancel and use the PUC code, do I still pay for the entire 30 days, or just from the time the 30 days starts to the number transfer?

Thanks

You are required to pay for the full 30 days regardless of when you port your number out.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks. Is this the only way to leave a 12 month contract without termination fees?

O2 say I can change to a 30 day contract, but can't cancel or use the puc code in those 30 days, as you can't give your 30 days notice in the first 30 days?!
