I've been trying for months to change my day that I pay my bill to the 20th as pay day changed and still they haven't done it but I'm still getting late payment fees and still get cut off and have to borrow to pay to get it back on as anyone got a phone number I can actually speak to someone instead of the bloody txt message service

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
