Hi I am Peter judge and I am having problems paying my o2 bill this month but I can pay on the 17th but me and my partner Sophie Kemp will need our phones to contact our children’s school and I need mine for work so is there any chance that we can have our data and calls back please

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
