Changing Account Holder

Hi, I'm the account holder for my daughter's phone and want to change it so she is the account holder and uses her bank details.  How do I do this please?

You will need to contact o2 customer services

Your Daughter will need to pass a credit check, setup a direct debit and agree to a new minimum term, once this is done then she will take over payment and all responsibility for the account.

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (they open at 8am) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an agent

Bank details can be changed in My O2 so that she can pay for the current contract under My Details
