I decided I would use the offer to purchase an IPad, however it was not made clear that this would also change my sim plan to a data ONLY plan, with no voice calls or answerphone!!!
Is there any way to change the sim tariff back to a n iPhone tariff without having to pay the entire balance off? I have been told not...
I do not use the sim in the IPad, but was planning on using the Wi-fi hotspot on my phone for the iPad or simply Wi-fi.
I am happy to pay extra for the tarrif l, but I really do not want to have to loose my phone number of 10 years to get another sim to use in my phone!
Any help appreciated

The only way I can think of is to call customer service to get your tariff changed to a normal phone tariff but may come with additional costs.

Hi @Mjohnson1 , just wanted to check how you're getting on with this since you last posted? Did you get anything resolved with your SIM in the end?

I would never have done this had I known and would have got an additional number for the iPad!
