Hello,
I have a Pay as You Go sim card and I ordered on 20/05/2019 a Pay Monthly sim card (order: MS-xxxxxxx) but the person I spoke on the phone with didn't spell my name and my email right. Because I have my email as my username on my Pay as You Go account it doesn't let me change it on the new account for the Pay Monthly sim card. I already filled the form to keep the same phone number. When the phone number changes and the Pay as You Go card stops working can I change to the email I had on that account or do I have to do something else to change my name and my email?
