Hi All,

I am mid-term on a special offer tariff with 6G data, but could do with some more data. I notice there’s currently a deal for 20G for £21 a month, but doesn’t show up if I try to change my tariff in My O2. I’d be happy to enter in to another year of contract; does anyone know if O2 will allow this type of ‘upgrade’ or is it only for new contracts? Thanks slight_smile

Just call 202 and ask customer service to change you over to the new tariff..
It will take a couple of days to process and you'll keep your current SIM card.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You would need to pay off your device plan or contract then upgrade to the new deal if it’s not an option currently available to you.

I doubt you will be eligible for a flexible tariff if you are half way through yours. These started in March of this year.

https://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/flexible-tariffs

If not showing thst you can upgrade it won't be available @yhy

Though you could always check this out with customer services. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Thanks all. As @MI5 suggested, customer services were able to upgrade the tariff (looks like you can move to a more expensive tariff, even if a special offer, but not to a cheaper tariff).

Exactly that.....

Glad you're sorted.
