How do I change my phone number if I am on a contact

You need to call O2 to change @Number1 

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

@Number1 O2 will allow one free number change, but getting through to customer service is extremely difficult at the moment. If you're receiving unwanted or malicious calls, you can block them until you're able to get your number changed.
