Phone delivery

I upgraded my phone on the 24th March and it says next day delivery however it's over a week later and it's still not delivered. I know with lockdown everything is crazy but I just want a ETA. Anyone else not had their phone delivered?

My order has been dispatched after adding a delivery address since the stores are closed, problem is it is the wrong address, I have had dpd halt the delivery today but I can't get hold of 02 to change the address.How can I sort this?
