Change of email address

I recently changed my email address with you from:

 

[EDIT: Personal Information Removed]

 

to:

 

[EDIT: Personal Information Removed]

 

Unfortunately I was unable to log in to see my bill this month until I entered my old email address.  I then went to my details and they remain updated with my new email address.  Where have I gone wrong?

I don't think you can change your pay monthly billing email address online, contact 202, there change your email address slight_smile

Hi,

Its best not to share e mail addressess on here due to increased risk of being spammed.

I would suggest you edit your post and remove them asap.

Then contact 02 CS on 202.

I have already adv the staff in the forum just in case your now offline.
