Hi, I have POA for my Dad and have a 2nd mobile for him on my account.
When I try to view his bills on the app it doesnt give me the option. I logged on to my lap top and it does come up but, even when im logged in, when I click on Dads number its asking me to enter my log in details again but not recognizing them. Just cant see what im doing wrong. Ultimately im trying to ammend the bank details just for Dads. Any help would ne greatlt appreciated.

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
