Solved: Change memorable name

Anyone able to help... apart from phoning O2, how do I change my memorable word on the 'New' My O2?

In Manage My Account > Manage my Personal Details and it's included in the changing password section

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
