You will need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and they can help you with that... The option may be available to you under Card and Direct DebitsScreenshot 2024-12-04 at 13.10.24.png

You should be able to do this in your My o2 once you log in @JennyJ98 

If you have problems, then you can also contact the payment management team to do it.

Their phone number is 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
