I am waiting for a change of tariff to kick in (25th November start date) meanwhile can I add on bolt ons of data as its not giving me the option online or via the automated helpline?

You can only make one change per month yourself so you'll need to contact o2 to add a bolt on.
4445 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Sorry but you can't add bolt ons whilst a tariff change is happening
