Hi there!

I would like to make it simple!

Now are two years that i'm with o2, in 2018 i've got an iphone xs max with a plan of 100 gb, and in 2019 i've upgraded to an iphone 11 pro max with a plan of 90gb! The second plan was really slow and now my monthly bill is really expensive for me and my connection REALLY SLOW! now my problem is i would like to change provider, but continuing to pay my phone! Can i just change sim and don't get my plan anymore?

like i said the phone is a different bill than i think that are not connected!

Let me know PLEASE are two months that i'm trying to contact o2!

You'll need to pay off your device plan to port your number to a new network.
