So I have a sim only at the moment and when you order or upgrade it asks are you using an iPhone.
I selected no as was using android but will be using iPhone.
putting the sim in an iPhone I don’t get access to visual voicemail as I need to be on an iPhone plan type.
am I able to change the type to an iPhone plan so I get this service?
I know I can upgrade online and do that way and select im using iPhone to get it done but then it resets my commitment and eligibility to upgrade.
right now I can upgrade to a phone in 1mth 12 days but if I upgrade to the new plan that way it resets back to 3 months
so can you change the type of sim plan to get this working.
cheers

Just ask O2 to add the iData bolt on to your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

No, just a bolt on that can be added or removed depending on phone type.
