You cannot change the name unless you take a new account in your own name and migrate the number to it.
Guide: Migration & porting into O2
You can change the bank account the bill is paid from though in your MyO2 for the account.
You can also call payment management to do this.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
