I ported 2 sims overfrom Virgin mobile but trying to port another 2 i keep gettinga credit declined.

My Experian report shows all is fine and no issues.

I contacted Credit Referal team and they told me to wait till 24th March and try again. I tried on the 25th and still get a declined. I have tried contacting them via the secure messaging portal but they are not very responsive.

Please can this be resolved asap else I will be porting my numbers back to Virgin mobile and cancelling off my current o2 contracts and dont expect to be penalised for early termination.

@Kets

The issue will be affordability checks.

O2 may consider 4 accounts too many for you unless you have been with them for a while.

Credit scores have nothing at all to do with it.

You can only cancel without penalty if under 14 days of taking the contracts.
