Cant switch on sim

My sim doesn’t switch on it comes as emergency only. Cannot pay bill through phone or receive a text to pay online either.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
