Hi, i cant pay my bill for another week and was wondering, if i could change the due date or anything else without losing service? Preferably id like to do this without having to phone o2, can i do this through the app?

Sorry, but to do something like this you will have to talk to someone @Pez
The team you need to speak to are the Payment Management team, and their direct number is 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
You can try using social media to speak to customer services, but there is no guarantee they would be able to do what you want.
