Cant call out to pay my bill now restricted

Payment text system was replied to yes 5 times to use my card 202 cuts off emailed 02 only to get back we have cancelled our email service . Nightmare so even cancelling contract is not possible

You have plenty of methods where you can make payments.

Also O2 are contactable whether working via remote access or not.

I have given you the option to call any of the numerous numbers in my first post.

Also as said, you can use Skype which has worked for many people. If you choose not to pay, that's your loss. O2 will inform debt collectors and your credit rating will be ruined.

Your choice.

Thanks but that is crazy using another phone to contact your provider regardless of covid 19 not providing response to customers by phone or email or chat is ridiculous as being a mobile provider diverts should be easy and my replies via there text to use my card with yes was back in may . As they have now restricted my use but want to charge me for I wont be paying and will leave . They can chase me if anyone is actually available .

Your bill is due to be paid 14 days after the bill is produced.

If you dont make the payment to well after this timeframe you only have yourself to blame for it being barred.

You still get charged for the tariff regardless as you still get to use the full allowance when you do eventually pay your bill and the bar is removed.

The fact that you have not paid your bill on the day its meant to be paid is not a failure by o2.

Also you must have internet access as you can post on this forum so you must be able to log on to your myo2 account and make the payment?
