Hope someone can help....
I occasionally get text from my bank's fraud department if I've made a big purchase on my credit card for verificaton and the text asks if the purchase was mine: Y or N.
I am not able to respond (failure to send text) which is very frustrating as I then have to phone the bank and get throught the fraud dept, go through the security checks and explain the purchase etc...minimum of 30 mins each time!!
I also tried texting the O2 number today for O2Travel (23336) and again, text came up as failure to send.
I'm on Android if it helps.
Cheers
Steve

Short codes can be premium numbers. You need to contact O2 and see if there are any bars on your account.

Hi @Steveduffy74 , hope you're doing well this week! You asked a few days ago about an issue you were having with text messages. There's some useful info above from @Cleoriff so hopefully you got all you needed to sort this out since you last posted. If would be nice to hear back from you to know you're all good now. Let us know if you have any other questions.
