What a joke, can't get through to anyone cos they only wanna know about people who wanna upgrade and live chat is non existent. Have been trying for 10 days now, been with o2 over 10 years and now when it matters most all they care about money. After this contract expires I'm going elsewhere. Now if you wanna contact me and ask why I can't pay my bill that would be great instead of sticking an automated robot to tell me to pay up with no other option than being blocked. Useless.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty trying to get in touch with customer services. No one on the community forum can access your account to help with this. You will need to dicuss your bill with the Payment management team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm with customer services.
