Help! I cannot get through to anyone. O2 are charging me for a tarif and have never sent the phone..... Order says complete on my O2, tarif is showing with bill dates etc, but no phone...... Cannot get through on phones, wait for ages and then get cut off. Online chat also not responding. Any other numbers I could try?
