"You can cancel your contract from your My O2 account"
This is a lie, there is no option online in my account settings to cancel.
"You can get your PAC by texting PAC to 65075. You'll get it in 60 seconds."
Another lie, when texting to request a PAC "There has been an issue with your request, try again later."
When I call 202 to speak to an agent I am left on hold for an eternity. Why are you making it so difficult for me to cancel my contract? I think I know the answer to that actually.....
