I am abroad and tried to buy 1 Zone 3 mobile data package. It transpired I've been charged now for 3 mobile data packages.
After calling o2, the team say they cannot cancel the packages and neither can I because there is no means to do so via the website / app.
Presumably I'm now expected to pay for this service indefinitely.

You need to contact O2.
