Please can someone help me. As a result of the current situation I am unable to get through to O2 Support. They have disabled their live chat and I have been trying for a week to get through via the telephone.
I want to give 30 days notice to cancel 3 out of the 6 accounts I have with them due to scaling back in my business and income. I can't do it and it's costing me money I no longer have! Surely this should be a feature within the app when we come out the other end of this?
Can someone help? I've written an email to O2 Complaint Review Service which takes 14 working days for a response. This is a joke!

Thank you but surely this is not good enough in the current situation?

It's not a good option and I fully agree that this should be a feature in My O2. This has been voiced before but I guess the logistics of it aren't viable for O2 to implement it.

O2 have made it almost impossible to leave navigating your MyO2 site.....
Here is the easy ,probably the only way quick and easy no stress..
Go to "My details" https://accounts.o2.co.uk/manage then scroll down to the bottom where it says "Leaving O2" (or similar).
your Welcome
