Hi,

 

Thanks to report on the link that does not work... I wonder if it only works when you have an O2 top-up set up. 

 

After I cancelled my top-up yesterday, I clicked on the link and it took me to this page, so perhaps this helps. https://autotopup.o2.co.uk/O2UK/Default.aspx

 

Sorry I cannot be of further help, it worked for me on 18/10/2016

@Anonymous That link takes me to My O2. It's no problem at all. As you indicate it could be because I don't use auto top up. I have a contract so pay via DD...:smileywink:
