Can someone please explain to me why my o2 account is set up as a business account considering i am age 66 and retired, could someone also explain to me when i agreed to have my account set up as a business account, i mean do you not have my personal details, why was this done, is there a reason for this?

You should also remove your phone number.

@Anonymous Please follow the advice given to you by @MI5 and please remove your phone number to avoid unwanted calls. In the upper right hand corner click on Options, then Edit Reply in the dropdown menu. This is a public customer to customer forum and your number is visible to all and sundry.
